Setup Guide
- Connect the included AC power adapter to the back of the hard drive and plug it into a standard UK mains socket.
- Connect the USB 3.0 cable to the back of the hard drive, and plug the other end into an available USB port on your computer.
- For Windows users: The drive will automatically appear in 'My PC' or 'File Explorer'-you can begin dragging and dropping files immediately.
- For Mac users: Open 'Disk Utility', select the Western Digital drive, and click 'Erase' to format it to APFS or exFAT to use it as an external hard drive for Mac.
